Functional fermentation strains were isolated and screened from traditional fairy beans in northern Anhui. Through technical identification, Bacillus subtilis SXD06 was determined to be the superior strain, while Wickerhamomyces anomalus YE006 identified as optimal aroma-producing yeast. Utilizing single-factor experiments response surface optimization, a Central Composite Design blending model established. The conditions be: an inoculation amount of 1.1% for SXD06, 4.2% YE006, temperature 34 °C, Fermentation lasted 84.2 h. SDS-PAGE electrophoresis comparison between control sample groups indicated effective fermentation, with most converting amino acids. Optimal 5.5% salt, 0.26% star anise powder, 0.25% cinnamon, 1.5% pepper, 4.5% edible alcohol, 0.28% fragrant leaves. sensory evaluation soybean products produced under specified yielded highest scores. This study offers robust support development low-ammonia, high-quality bean that align consumer preferences.

Ferroptosis, a novel form of regulated cell death characterized by dependence on iron and lipid peroxidation, has been implicated in wide range clinical conditions including neurological diseases, cardiovascular disorders, acute kidney failure, various types cancer. Therefore, it is critical to suppress cancer progression proliferation. Ferroptosis can be triggered cells some normal synthetic substances, such as erastin, Ras-selective lethal small molecule-3, or pharmaceuticals. Natural bioactive compounds are traditional drug discovery tools, have therapeutically used dietary additives pharmaceutical agents against malignancies. The fact that natural products multiple targets minimal side effects led notable advances anticancer research. Research indicated ferroptosis also induced during treatment. In this review, we focused the most recent developments emerging molecular processes significance To provide new perspectives future development ferroptosis-related medications, summary implications phytochemicals triggering through ROS production ferritinophagy induction variety

Background: This work proposes the development of new vesicular systems based on anesthetic compounds (lidocaine (LID) and capsaicin (CA)) antimicrobial agents (amino acid-based surfactants from phenylalanine), with a focus physicochemical characterization evaluation cytotoxic properties. Method: Phenylalanine were characterized via high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Different niosomal capsaicin, lidocaine, cationic phenylalanine surfactants, dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC) in terms size, polydispersion index (PI), zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency using dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmitted microscopy (TEM), small-angle X-ray (SAXS). Furthermore, interaction pure used to prepare formulations DPPC monolayers was determined Langmuir balance. The antibacterial activity their biocompatibility evaluated, molecular docking studies carried out obtain information about mechanism by which these interact bacteria. Results: stability reduced size analyzed demonstrate potential pharmaceutical applications. nanosystems exhibit promising activity, marking significant advancement delivery dual therapeutic some underscores viability. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder, which characterized by inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity. Although the etiology pathogenesis of ADHD are not fully understood, existing studies have shown that it may be related to genetic factors, environmental abnormal brain development, psychosocial factors. In recent years, with concept microbioa-gut-brain axis (MGBA), more begun pay attention effect gut microbiota on ADHD. Dietary structure can significantly change diversity abundance microbiota. Therefore, dietary supplements or food additives regulate become one potential ways treat Peppers, as an important component, value in regulating Among them, capsaicin (8-methyl N-vanillyl-6-noneamide, CAP), key active component peppers, has been therapeutic effects central nervous system (CNS) diseases such Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, depression. addition, much paid beneficial CAP Chili peppers contain only CAP, but also rich vitamin C fatty acids, all ameliorate modulating This finding provides treatment for ADHD, new perspective expand research clinical pathogenesis. current chili still at early stage requires further verification through larger-scale rigorous controlled studies, its cannot ignored.

Scientists are becoming alarmed by the rise in drug-resistant bacterial and fungal strains, which makes it more costly, time-consuming, difficult to create new antimicrobials from unique chemical entities. Chemicals with pharmacological qualities, such as antibacterial antifungal elements, can be found plants. Alkaloids a class of compounds nature that mostly consist basic nitrogen atoms. Biomedical science relies heavily on alkaloid compounds. Based 241 papers published peer-reviewed scientific publications within last ten years (2014–2024), we examined 248 natural or synthesized monomeric alkaloids have activity against Gram-positive Gram-negative microorganisms. their structure, chosen were divided into four groups: polyamine alkaloids, side chain, heterocycles, pseudoalkaloids.
