Abstract Colorectal cancer (COCA) has a poor prognosis, with growing evidence implicating basement membranes (BMs) in progression. Our goal was to investigate the role and predictive significance of BMs COCA patients. We obtained BMs‐related genes from cutting‐edge research used TCGA GTEx databases for mRNA expression patient information. Anti-angiogenic therapy is an established method for the treatment of several cancers and vascular-related diseases. Most agents employed target vascular endothelial growth factor A, major cytokine stimulating angiogenesis. However, efficacy these treatments limited by onset drug resistance. Therefore, it fundamental importance to better understand mechanisms that regulate angiogenesis microenvironmental cues play significant role influence patient outcome. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), the predominant form of liver cancer, is associated with high mortality rates both in United States and globally. Despite current advances immunotherapy regimens, there a scarcity biomarkers to guide therapy selection. Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) glypican-3 have been proposed as for HCC, but they do not provide any prognostic benefit modeling disease progression.
