This study examines students’ attitudes toward the Learning Management System (hereafter LMS) CANVAS in Virtual Environment (henceforth VLE). used mixed methods nature, which a survey to collect data on of 118 EFL students who enrolled Technology Enhanced Language TELL) course. Researchers gathered through questionnaire and semi-structured interviews assess using Acceptance Model (TAM). The results were analyzed descriptive statistics investigate quantitative data, while thematic analysis was qualitative obtained from interviews. Based research findings, TAM framework identifies two main categories: Perceived Usefulness Ease Use. Perceive category comprises four Engagement Time, Enhances Interaction, Efficacy, Effective Communication, Learning, Boosting Students’ Confidence Motivation Fun Way.
