Background: Learning styles have been shown to guide how instructors should best deliver informational content within various degrees and majors. Objective: This study investigates the agential causes influencing undergraduate business management students in their handling of change. The objectives are: (1) To investigate emotional reactions experienced by since launch full virtual teaching as a result COVID-19 outbreak. (2) students’ concerns lived experiences. (3) identify commonalities and differences experiences during implementation induced socio-cultural contexts China, UK, Ukraine. Methods: research employed an embedded multiple-case design, following logic literal theoretical replication. One-to-one interviews were conducted, involving total 61 students.
