Purpose To identify the key mental health and improvement factors in hospital administrators working from home during COVID-19 normalization prevention control. Methods The survey was conducted May to June 2023, practical experiences of 33 were collected using purposive sampling. study examined a set factor systems. relationship structure between constructed Decision-making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method. Finally, transformed influence weight each via DEMATEL-based Analytic Network Process. Results Regarding weight, are mainly “lack coordination,” “time management issues,” “work-life imbalances.” influential network relation map shows that improvements can be made by addressing “improper guidelines,” “laziness due being at home,” “job insecurity” because they main sources influence. reliability level results for 98.79% (i.e., gap 1.12% < 5%). Conclusion analysis model based on DEMATEL proposed this evaluate pandemic period multidimensional multidirectional perspective may help improve problems provide suggestions administrators.
