Biska,
a
traditional
Istrian
herbal
spirit,
is
produced
by
macerating
mistletoe
leaves
and
twigs
in
water–ethanol
base,
usually
grape
marc
spirit.
The
aim
of
this
study
was
to
determine
the
optimal
maceration
parameters
(ethanol
content,
concentration
