Abstract
This
paper
adopts
the
questionnaire
survey
method
to
issue
and
collect
formal
questionnaires
vocational
education
students.
Then,
quantitative
analysis
was
used
process
200
recovered
valid
data
by
using
SPSS
software
verify
role
of
each
factor
in
influencing
skill
development
students
through
Logistic
binary
model
regression
established
this
paper,
followed
inputting
identified
salient
factors
employability
skills
into
ISM
explain
logical
relationship
hierarchical
structure
among
factors.
Finally,
a
correlation
conducted
regarding
that
affect
students’
skills.
The
results
showed
mean
values
general
competence,
professional
learning
attitude,
career
planning
confidence
were
4.1895,
4.3231,
4.2255,
4.5053
points,
respectively,
it
clear
had
significant
effect
on
training.
In
addition,
Pearson
coefficients
four
dimensions
related
improvement
employment
level
ranged
from
0.1924
0.2638,
their
p-values
less
than
0.05,
which
shows
there
is
positive
between
attitude
towards
employment,
confidence.

Personalized
learning
path
(PLP)
planning
in
vocational
education
faces
significant
challenges,
including
static
designs
and
an
inability
to
efficiently
process
complex
state
spaces

provide
real-time
feedback.
To
address
these
limitations,
this
paper
introduces
the
deep
Q
network
(DQN)
algorithm,
enabling
dynamic
intelligent
PLP
that
adapts
learners’
evolving
needs
enhances
outcomes.

study
begins
by
extracting
multi-dimensional
features
of
learners
from
historical
data,
personal
background
information,
interests,
progress

are
then
integrated
with
modules
goals
construct
a
comprehensive
space
for
PLP.
Leveraging
DQN
model
optimizes
paths
through
reinforcement
learning’s
reward
mechanism,
dynamically
adjusting
PLPs
based
on
learner
feedback
feature
changes.

superiority
algorithm
achieving
personalized
learning.

average,
adjusts
each
learner’s
plan
7.8
times,
significantly
outperforming
traditional
methods
such
as
collaborative
filtering
(CF)
particle
swarm
optimization
(PSO).

CF
PSO,
increases
average
number
adjustments

its

Penelitian
ini

serta
normalitas
linearitas
memastikan
keakuratan
ketepatan
data.
Hasil
analisis
menunjukkan
adanya
signifikan
antara
menyimpulkan
bahwa
sesuai
dapat
secara
signifikan.
Prospek
pentingnya
pengembangan
pengajaran
inovatif
kebutuhan
kualitas
pendidikan,
khususnya
pendidikan
kejuruan
memerlukan
keterampilan
praktis
relevansi
industri.
