Many Master of Arts (MA) students believe that these tools offer significant benefits for improving writing abilities, though some challenges can hinder progress. This study explores the use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic among MA students, focusing on English majors at IUH. The research investigates both and AI like assistants language models students' proficiency. A sample 30 was selected, a mixed-method approach employed, combining quantitative data from questionnaires qualitative insights semi-structured interviews. collected perceptions advantages difficulties using writing, while interviews provided deeper understanding how are utilized practice. This literature review investigates the potential of ChatGPT as a tool for vocabulary learning in context English Foreign Language (EFL).
