Fire occurrences have significantly risen in recent years. These fires endanger lives, cause economic damage, and harm the environment. Uncontrolled are a major reason for building collapses injuries. Building trauma due to loss of belongings itself. Existing fire safety systems failing unaddressed factors causing (Rathnayake et al., 2020). This study explored experiences station chiefs Bureau Protection Iloilo Province, Philippines, through qualitative research method. The participants this were selected ten (10) BFP chiefs. All subjected an individual in-depth interview. findings described emergent themes. Six (6) themes positive negative informants performance their duties. For experiences, two (2) developed, namely Personal Satisfaction Through Job Fulfillment Workplace Camaraderie Support. four (4) also namely: Inadequate Resources Financial Challenges, Complexity Leadership Personnel Management, Bombarded with Public Dissatisfaction, Operational Delays Equipment Failures. Meanwhile, three (3) formulated explain how address challenges encountered duties, Empowering Collaboration Support Networks, Bolstering Preventive Measures Education, Embodying Resilience Adaptability. Finally, created express aspirations improve quality services, Continuous Training Professional Development, Adequate Fiscal Allocation Service Facilities, Improvement Staffing Issues. Based on identified, it is recommended that be enhanced by providing them specialized training career development programs. can accomplished successful integration latest firefighting technologies enhance response effectiveness station.

INTRODUCTION: The issue of occupational health and safety (O.H.S.) is paramount for emergency personnel who are consistently exposed to high-stress situations. Ensuring these workers feel safe, not only physically but mentally socially, increasingly recognized as crucial. BACKGROUND: Appropriate cognitive performance is vital for a firefighter, but many occupational factors can negatively affect it. OBJECTIVE: This study assessed the correlation between job stress, burnout, and in firefighters. METHODS: descriptive-correlational was conducted three fire stations Iran 2023 with 61 participants, including 34 firefighters exposed group 27 office workers control group. After ensuring confidentiality of obtained information completing demographic checklist, Job stress burnout levels were measured using standardized questionnaires, functions two computerized tests: Stroop continuous performance.
