Se presenta una revisión mixta de la literatura sobre las principales tendencias en salud mental el campo Psicología base datos Scopus durante periodo 2019-2024. La metodología combinó un análisis bibliométrico, centrado indicadores como total publicaciones, distribución citaciones, áreas relación interdisciplinaria, palabras clave y co-autoría entre países, con cualitativo basado hermenéutica. Professional Quality of Life and Job Stress among Nurses in COVID-19 Areas

Background: the COVID-19 pandemic has posed unprecedented challenges in healthcare field, notably affecting nursing professionals working critical areas. These have impacted their professional quality of life (PQoL) and increased job stress levels, which are crucial for both well-being personnel care provided to patients. Objective: this study aims explore relationship between among nurses at a medium-complexity hospital Lima, Peru, during pandemic. Methods: quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational methodology was used, with non-probabilistic sample 59 nurses. Data were collected through online questionnaires assessing PQoL stress, using validated tools such as Nursing Stress Scale PQoL-35 Questionnaire. Results: majority participants (69,5 %) perceive good, highlighting high levels intrinsic motivation perceived life. In contrast, workload most negatively valued aspect.
