<p>This study aims to investigate and develop a questionnaire measure athletes’ satisfaction towards sports training. This quantitative research used structural equating modeling (SEM) approach with the help of Smart-PLS. The population this consisted athletes from Yogyakarta Province, Riau South Kalimantan Province. sample was 806 27 (Table 1) who will compete at National Sports Week (PON) 2024. PON is multi-event tournament held every four years in Indonesia, so have high experience performance. Athletes participated were aged 22.6±8.3 years, they had 10.3±4.7 training experience. Instrument preparation done by reviewing literature focus group discussions (FGD) involving coaching lecturers nationally licensed coaches. results are that outer loading value &gt;0.7, discriminant validity (Fornell-Larcker Criteria) &gt;0.7. Cronbach Alpha Reliability Composite also showed &gt; 0.7. Goodness Fit (GoF) shows an SRMR 0.076&lt;0.10 or &lt;0.08, model fits data. predictive relevance test Q Square 0.9&gt;0, has good observation value. Based on results, 16 items divided into dimensions (Appendix 1), namely quality, mental emotional health, competitive performance, In conclusion, can From study, it recommended variable be tested indirect influences as mediating intervening variables. To analyze the relationship between leadership styles and sports engagement among female sport persons in Saudi Arabia proposes a framework model for improving Arabian participation sports.This study adopted an online cross-sectional survey design achieving research aim. Survey instruments included multi-factor questionnaire (MLQ) Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). The participants adult from various clubs Arabia. A total of 329 responses were received, out which 35 incomplete; therefore, 294 considered data analysis.Transformational style was identified to be most preferred compared transactional laissez-fare styles. Older (>25 years) perceived transformational scales including inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individual consideration more effective (p < 0.05) younger participants. Transformational has strong positive correlation with all (as coefficient "r" greater than 0.7, p 0.01).Inspirational motivation could approach increasing Arabia, as they are mentally unprepared due experience socio-cultural restrictions decades.
