The objective of this study was to determine the influence organizational culture on motivation workers (and its dimensions achievement, power, affiliation) in a general services company, Lima, 2022. methodology used quantitative, applied, explanatory and descriptive, non-experimental cross-sectional. population consisted 50 service company (finite). research sample workers. technique applied virtual survey. instrument 21 items, which validated quantitatively, endorsed by 5 expert judges with V. Aiken coefficient 1.00; reliability results gave values 0.859 Cronbach's alpha 0.779 two halves Guttman. It concluded that influences workers' 2022 (sig.= 0.000; r 2 = 0.383) as well power affiliation 0.000, 0.399; sig.= 0.323; 0.000 0.222) respectively.Finally, conclusions recommendations were issued.

This study aims to analyze the effect of accounting education, motivation, and availability job information on students' interest in a career as an accountant. The phenomenon shifting student choosing outside may threaten professional accountants future. Using quantitative approach systematic survey design, data were collected from 100 students programs Medan who had taken "Basic Accounting" course. analysis results show that education has significant influence (T-statistic 2.927, P-Value 0.002), followed by learning motivation 4.214, 0.000) 2.715, 0.043). One of the main challenges online learning is lack motivation. Factors that influence motivation to learn include social support, expectancy and values (Fowler, 2018). This quantitative study aims examine learners' perceptions these three factors, relationship between support for Mandarin online. A purposive sample 156 participants from a public university in Malaysia responded questionnaire. The 5 Likert-scale questionnaire has 4 sections. Section 3 items on demographic profile. Adopting online learning as a mandated means of instruction amid the pandemic guaranteed students opportunity to integrate digital technologies for English language learning. However, few studies have focused on this context, especially considering psychological aspects through gained experiences.
