The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness and applicability of exoskeletons in rehabilitation patients with scapula shoulder joint injuries. Purpose a study: demonstrate possibilities rehabilitating gunshot injuries upper extremities, specifically focusing on passive limb exoskeleton “EKZAR34”. Material methods . conducted an analysis patient's range motion after using exoskeleton. Clinical data observations patient mine-explosive injury were used as research material. Results. use compensates for lost muscle functions increases joint. This enables perform actions that would otherwise require significant effort without Additionally, strengthens both damaged undama- ged muscles, leading balanced functioning system. Conclusion. Employing is effective promising approach. Exoskeletons expedite strengthening, restore motor activity motion, enhance treatment outcomes patients' quality life.

The use of passive exoskeletons is a promising direction in the treatment patients with severe combat injuries to shoulder girdle, leading disability 30 % cases. Aim: To demonstrate capabilities exoskeleton EXAR-34 rehabilitation and habilitation victim damage branches brachial nerve plexus. Materials methods: An analysis medical documentation, physical examination, morphometry, goniometry were carried out. Clinical observation discussion: A patient post-traumatic left-sided plexopathy due gunshot perforating shrapnel cervicothoracic wound fractures transverse processes C6, C7, Th3 vertebrae, I–III ribs on left after reconstructive intervention elements plexus, when previously out measures ineffective, during first fitting device, range active movements joints injured limb increased 37,1–60,7 %, routine motor skills restored. Conclusion:The experience using device demonstrates high promise complex interventions plexus for wounds.
