Modern concepts of hypogonadism in men are undergoing significant transformation. The concept functional hypogonadism, which is gaining increasing support among expert communities today, based on the reversibility symptomatic hypotestosteronemia after eliminating causal factor or disease with an intact hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal system. This makes diagnosis exclusion organic can be congenital (genetic) acquired (destructive structural) irreversible disorder occurring at any level axis. Functional becoming more common, attributed to its association non-infectious pandemics such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and other comorbid pathologies. Additionally, age-related meets criteria accumulating age-associated comorbidities have been shown play a role testosterone decline aging men. Moreover, excessive physical activity, drastic calorie restriction, high psycho-emotional stress, injuries, surgeries, use certain medications also causes hypogonadism. Despite wide range heterogeneity diseases conditions underlying mechanisms driving development quite similar since most cases, this androgen deficiency secondary hypogonadotropic (central). However, some primary mixed. Therefore, understanding pathogenesis crucial it involves variety biological pathways depending etiological disease, detailed through literature review. article pays special attention evolutionary significance phenomenon adapted classification causes, describes achievements Russian researchers who studied impact acute extreme influences system

The article dwells on climatic and chemical risk factors that influence health of people living in the RF arctic sub-arctic regions population sub-population levels. We used a model describing cause-effect relations between environmental life expectancy at birth based an artificial neural network to predict future medical demographic situation territories with climate RF. Children’s was examined profoundly due participating representative sampling. comparatively analyzed clinical, biochemical general clinical indicators test reference groups using standard statistical procedures software packages. established average monthly temperatures July grew by 3.4 % over 2010–2019 RF; precipitations January 13.0–15.1 %. presents differentiated estimates emerging (LEB) exerted weather conditions climate. Losses LEB vary from 164 days Yakutia 349 Chukotka. Aggregated zones produced variable effects LEB, starting negative ones resulted its decline Magadan region, Nenets Autonomous Area, Chukotka, Yamal-Nenets Area (-254; -211; -109 -8 accordingly) positive led growth up 111 Yakutia. Children who are simultaneously exposed adverse zone substantial pollution ambient air have more frequent apparent changes their comparison children group. Thus, respiratory diseases nervous system were 5.6 times group; levels leukocytes, ESR, TSH, Apo-B Apo-B/ApoA1 blood 1.3–1.7 higher, р = 0.0001.

Experimental traumatic brain injury (TBI) causes a stable stress response and changes the expression of various cytokine genes neurotrophic factors. The goal this study was to reveal in levels corticosterone testosterone hormones BDNF blood serum, as well gene hypothalamus order determine opportunity correcting TBI damage with rIL-2. We used rat model "dropping load": mild caused by falling 115 g load from height 80 cm, or 120 cm produce moderate-degree trauma. After (immediately, 72 hours later), rats were injected daily recombinant human interleukin-2 (Roncoleukin) at dose 30 μg/kg, total 3 injections. Control animals (also TBI) received 0.15 M NaCl Blood serum concentrations corticosterone, testosterone, measured ELISA tests. using RT-PCR. Results: experiments showed relationship between hormone severity head injury. In TBI, reached peak 2 after injury, while moderate concentration lower, being delayed time (after 24 hours). Corticosterone changed reciprocally both groups injured animals. With injection rIL-2 groups, significantly increased. On day 7 level decreased, but it raised experimental group that 7, increase more pronounced, when administered revealed positive association glucocorticoid like possible coordination these parameters provides reason assume favorable impact on CNS recovery is, part, mediated mutual modulating interaction hormones.
