Цель. Расширить представление о патогенезе хронического эндометрита (ХЭ) на основании изучения рецепции к стероидным гормонам и маркерам клеточной пролиферации/апоптоза при разных его типах в зависимости от характера микробной колонизации слизистой матки. Материалы и методы. Проспективно обследована группа из 345 пациенток с ранними репродуктивными потерями (наличием в анамнезе неразвивающейся беременности, самопроизвольного выкидыша, артифициального аборта, неудач экстракорпорального оплодотворения (ЭКО) сроком до 6 месяцев после внутриматочного вмешательства), у которых гистологически выявлен хронический эндометрит. Introduction. Chronic endometritis is one of the most frequent gynecological diseases which negatively impacts main pathogenetic links in morphogenesis secretory and gestational endometrial transformation. The article presents the analysis of clinical-morphological and immunohistochemical features endometrial hyperplasia. 60 patients reproductive age with non-atypical hyperplasia (EH) were examined. following morphological distribution its different types was established: glandular – 56.6%, glandular-cystic 40.0%, stromal cystic-atrophic forms 1.7%, respectively. Objective. To study vaginal microbiocenosis in pregnant women with poor perinatal outcome to determine the relationship between different types of infections and stillbirths. Subjects methods. A retrospective was conducted 154 divided into groups: a group 114 patients antenatal fetal death at 22 weeks’ gestation; control 40 physiological pregnancy same time. Results.
