організації
діяльності

публічному

більшої

потребують
системи
ухвалення
стратегічних

досліджень
майбутнього

До
найпоширеніших
методів
належать
метод
Дельфі,
прогнозування,
розроблення
дорожніх
карт
та
сценаріїв,
які
використовуються
для
формування
науково-технологічної
інноваційної
політики.
Кожен
із
цих
забезпечує
структурований
збір
інформації
дає
змогу
створювати
науково
обґрунтовані
знання
про
майбутнє.
Форсайт-дослідження
традиційно
мають
практичну
спрямованість,
водночас
їх
теоретичній
методологічній
базі
приділяється
відносно
мало
уваги.
Різноманітність
слабка
систематизація
процедур
ускладнюють
вибір
відповідного
інструменту
вирішення
конкретного
завдання.
Крім
того,
форсайт-спільнота
визнає
значущість
теоретичних
основ
розуміння
сутності
дослідження
майбутнього,
стимулювання
до
них,
застосування
навчання
необхідним
навичкам.
Обґрунтовано
важливість
форсайту
у
управлінні,
зокрема
під
час
регіональних
або
місцевих
стратегій
розвитку,
проєктів
програм.
Мета
статті
полягає
обґрунтуванні
методології
щодо
сценаріїв
середньо-
довгостроковій
перспективі

державної

розвитку
