Целью является обоснование направлений инновационного развития региона согласно концепции «умной специализации», соответствия ее принципам и рекомендациям. В данной статье решалась задача оценки влияния инновационных технологий на социально-экономическое пространство с целью изучения существующих видов деятельности их специфики, новых отраслей экономики региона, обусловленных состоянием развитием науки, наличием кадров, современной инфраструктуры различных ресурсов, учитывая общегосударственные приоритеты научно-технологического развития. Отсутствие научно обоснованной методологической методической базы для проведения оценок потенциальных возможностей регионального рынка проектов по его коммерциализации выявляет ряд проблем в использовании развитии деятельности. Научной новизной исследования формирование отраслевых приоритетов, основываясь уникальных конкурентных преимуществах растущих деятельности, применении лучших практик, опыта, компетенций технологий.
