Китай стал первой страной, столкнувшейся с новым коронавирусом COVID-19. Abstract The COVID-19 outbreak has dramatically impacted the economy, particularly consumption behaviors. Studies on how responses to can be a powerful aid for urban recovery. In this paper, based high-frequency dataset from January 6, 2020, April 28, 2020 covering 18 sectors and corresponding lunar period in 2021, we look at changed people spent their money by looking patterns of recession recovery during pandemic. Specifically, first explore recession-recovery pattern national effects various policies quantify it using regression methods. Then, across cities are widely studied. We also reveal structures change pandemic relationship between citizens’ socioeconomic characteristics cities. Bu çalışmanın amacı ekonomideki sektörlerin pandemi sürecinde nasıl etkilendiği ve sektörler arasındaki etkileşimin olduğunu araştırmaktır. amaç doğrultusunda Covid-19 pandemisinin oluşturduğu şokların sektörleri etkilediği VAR analizi yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Çalışmada 2015 M:1- 2020 M:5 dönemi aylık verileri kullanılarak sanayi üretim endeksi, imalat kapasite kullanım oranı, inşaat sektörü maliyet perakende ticaret hizmet sektörü, istihdam ihracat ithalat endeksi analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda pandemisi kapsamında incelenen dönem süresince arasında negatif bir şoka en geç tepki veren sektörün olduğu tespit Sanayi sektörünün ise olası şoklara hızlı bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır.
