This study evaluated Maltodextrin (MD), Gum Arabic (GA), and Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) in different ratios as coating materials to encapsulate citrus pomace phenolic compounds. Citrus encapsulates were obtained by ultrasound-assisted extraction followed the freeze-drying process characterized regarding microencapsulation efficiency, physical, chemical properties. Carrier material choice reflected a significant effect on encapsulation compounds retention, reconstitution properties of encapsulated extract. The efficiency prepared ranked from 50.909% 84.000%, it was strongly dependent upon CMC addition. A wide range parameters (water absorption index-WAI water solubility index-WSI) suggested possible release mechanism modifications. This data note presents a comprehensive geodatabase of cardiovascular disease (CVD) hospitalizations in Mashhad, Iran, alongside key environmental factors such as air pollutants, built environment indicators, green spaces, and urban density. Using spatiotemporal dataset over 52,000 hospitalized CVD patients collected five years, the study supports approaches like advanced modeling, artificial intelligence, machine learning to predict high-risk areas guide public health interventions. includes detailed epidemiologic geospatial information on from January 1, 2016, December 31, 2020. Basil is a great source of phytochemicals such as polyphenols, vitamin C, anthocyanin, and flavonoids. In this work, the biochemical compounds, antioxidant capacity, leaf color profile, yield 21 cultivars genotypes basil microgreen were investigated. Results showed that highest potential composite index (APCI) was measured in Persian Ablagh genotype (70.30). Twenty-one classified into four clusters, including cluster 1 (lowest capacity total phenolic compounds), 2 C APCI index), 3 (highest 4 levels anthocyanin). The principal components analysis (PCA) diversity terms phytochemical components, F1, F2, F3, F4 explained variation at rate 78.12%. average annual temperature origin seeds plays an important role synthesis content.
