Purpose Significant developments in the service sector have been brought about by Industry 4.0. Automated digital technologies make it possible to upgrade existing services and develop modern industrial services. This study prioritizes critical factors for adopting 4.0 Indian industries. Psychological empowerment (PE) and monetary compensation are necessary rudiments of stimulation for individuals to utilize their potential exert full efforts. This particular research aims assess the influence PE on work performance mediation effect intrinsic motivation between among employees commercial banks. Data was collected from different banks located in federal capital territory (FCT) Islamabad Rawalpindi city Punjab, Pakistan, through a questionnaire, structural equational modeling (SEM) executed sample 388 test hypotheses. The recent pandemic has restricted global mobility, thus necessitating new technology to be used enable forms of travel, e.g. travel live-streaming (TLS). While the prosperity TLS fuelled tourism industry economically, little is known about how it can psychologically empower its participants during crises. This research thus, from a processual view, explores psychological empowerment stages enabled by TLS. By using netnography approach, audio data derived 28 live streams were collected over two years (2020–2022). Based on theory, findings propose process framework and reveal three processive intrapersonal (initialization), interpersonal (participation, influence control) relational (interdependence) develop such among stakeholders. study contributes theory identifying progressive construct emphasizing unique role stage, It also provides novel insights for stakeholders seek coping strategies in powerless situation.

This paper examines the influence of socialisation agents in shaping digital competence older adults (aged 65+ years). Data was collected from University Third Age (U3A) Network Victoria, a volunteer organisation that provides courses and programs for retired semi-retired community. We used two-stage approach; focus groups as sensitising tool, followed by 21 in-depth interviews.
