This study employs Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), specifically tailored for SMEs, to elucidate the contextual relationships CSCM indicators. Furthermore, it Matrice d'Impacts Croisés Multiplication Appliqué à un Classement (MICMAC) analysis categorize these indicators into driving- dependence power quadrants. Thirteen are identified classified three sustainability dimensions: economic, environmental, social. The ISM model comprises four levels, with employees' exposure hazardous materials at level one, followed by ten two, one (reuse, remanufacturing, recycling complexity), (eco-material). MICMAC reveals that none of falls autonomous quadrant. Employees' categorized in dependent indicators' quadrant, while belong linkage independent quadrant includes two indicators: eco-material reuse, complexity. SMEs can utilize as an initial step toward circularity implementation. recommended implementation sequence follows hierarchy, starting progressing through levels three, acknowledging influence higher-level on lower-level ones.

This study aims to expand understanding AI acceptance framework and confirm whether consumers’ skills have a moderating effect on research model. Design/methodology/approach Hypotheses were tested using data set 1,641 individuals. Partial least squares structural equation modeling multi-group analysis used estimate Findings results indicate that antecedent factors influence willingness use devices services. two groups different digitally savvy respondents differ because anthropomorphism, social hedonic motivation respondents’ perceived efforts delivery depends skills. Originality/value novel contribution this reflected comprehensive model explains individual devices. attitudes experienced skilled consumers are valuable highlight some theoretical, practical implications future lines research.
