Participants consistently rated suggested benefits above middle scale, with focus internet, digital, information literacy. However, there still room improvement basic higher-order thinking factorial analysis revealed three correlated factors: Holistic Learning skills, Higher-Level Cognitive Digital Information Literacy Subsequent significant differences between groups, students showing stronger agreement impact wide range While recognized students’ digital literacy engagement, other groups were relatively small. This study investigates how technology integration impacts student learning outcomes (SLO), focusing on the mediating effects of pedagogical approaches and learner engagement. It also examines moderating role leadership support in enhancing technology's impact. The adopted a quantitative technique. sampling was based systematic random sampling. A total 500 questionnaires were distributed, however, only 394 responses included after screening. Based comprehensive literature review empirical analysis, research proclaims that technology-enhanced instruction positively affects engagement, academic performance, caters to diverse styles.
