Allergy is a type 2 immune reaction triggered by antigens known as allergens, including food and environmental substances such peanuts, plant pollen, fungal spores, the feces debris of mites insects. Macrophages are myeloid cells with phagocytic abilities that process exogenous endogenous antigens. Upon activation, they can produce effector molecules cytokines well anti-inflammatory molecules. The dysregulation macrophage function lead to excessive 1 inflammation inflammation, which includes allergic reactions. Thus, it important better understand how macrophages regulated in pathogenesis allergies. Emerging evidence highlights role noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs) polarization, turn modify various immune-mediated diseases, This review summarizes current knowledge regarding this topic considers three classes ncRNAs: microRNAs, long ncRNAs, circular ncRNAs. Understanding roles these ncRNAs polarization will provide new insights into allergies identify potential novel therapeutic targets.

Macrophages are crucial cells in the human body's innate immunity and engaged a variety of non-inflammatory reactions. can develop into two kinds when stimulated by distinct internal environments: pro-inflammatory M1-like macrophages anti-inflammatory M2-type macrophages. During inflammation, activated alternatively, maintaining reasonably steady ratio is critical for homeostasis

Over the past century, molecular biology’s focus has transitioned from proteins to DNA, and now RNA. Once considered merely a genetic information carrier, RNA is recognized as both vital element in early cellular life regulator complex organisms. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), which are over 200 bases long but do not code for proteins, play roles gene expression regulation signal transduction by inducing epigenetic changes or interacting with various RNAs. These interactions exhibit range of functions cell types, including macrophages. Notably, some macrophage lncRNAs influence activation NF-κB, crucial transcription factor governing immune inflammatory responses. Macrophage NF-κB instrumental progression pathological conditions sepsis, atherosclerosis, cancer, autoimmune disorders, hypersensitivity. It orchestrates related responses, inflammation, survival, proliferation. Consequently, its malfunction key contributor onset development these diseases. This review aims summarize function regulating activity particular emphasis on their relevance human diseases potential therapeutic targets. The insights gained studies lncRNAs, discussed this review, could provide valuable knowledge treatments involving

Abstract Interactions of tumor cells with immune in the microenvironment play an important role during malignancy progression. We previously identified that GAS5 inhibited development by suppressing proliferation non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Herein, we discovered a tumor-suppressing for cell-derived regulating microenvironment. positively coordinated infiltration macrophages and T NSCLC clinically, overexpression promoted recruitment both vitro vivo. Mechanistically, stabilized p53 directly binding to MYBBP1A facilitating MYBBP1A-p53 interaction, enhanced p53-mediated transcription IRF1, which activated type I interferon signaling increased production downstream CXCL10 CCL5. also found activation was associated better immunotherapy efficacy NSCLC. Furthermore, stability regulated NAT10, key enzyme responsible N4-acetylcytidine (ac4C) modification, bound mediated its ac4C modification. Collectively, could activate via MYBBP1A-p53/IRF1 axis, promoting potentially correlating efficacy, suppressed Our results suggested as promising predictive marker potential therapeutic target combination therapy

In recent years, the relationship between vitamin D and allergic diseases has received widespread attention. As a fat-soluble vitamin, plays crucial role in regulating immune system may influence onset progression of such as atopic dermatitis, rhinitis, asthma. To understand underlying mechanisms, we have summarized current research on association diseases. We also discuss impact its course diseases, particularly focusing how supplementation affects treatment outcomes these conditions. aim to provide theoretical basis practical guidance for optimizing management by modulating levels.

Abstract: Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a prevalent allergic disease that imposes significant economic burdens and life pressures on individuals, families, society, particularly in the context of accelerating globalization increasing pathogenic factors. Current clinical therapies for AR include antihistamines, glucocorticoids administered via various routes, leukotriene receptor antagonists, immunotherapy, several decongestants. These treatments have demonstrated efficacy alleviating symptoms pathological states. However, with growing awareness rising expectations improvements quality life, these become associated higher incidence side effects an elevated risk drug resistance. Furthermore, development intricately dysregulation immune system, yet underlying pathogenetic mechanisms remain incompletely understood. In contrast, widely available natural plant molecules offer multiple targeting pathways uniquely modify typical pathophysiology through immunomodulatory processes. This review presents comprehensive analysis both vivo vitro studies modulate immunity treating AR. Additionally, we examine their specific action animal models to provide new insights developing safe effective targeted while guiding experimental applications against Keywords: molecules, rhinitis, immunomodulation, therapeutic mechanism, research progress
