Zugrundeliegende Mechanismen waren bislang unklar. Könnte Zusammenhang zwischen Bindungsverhalten und Essstörungssymptomen Persönlichkeitsfunktion Patienten vermittelt werden?

Despite the growing body of research on self-report measures personality functioning, tests measurement invariance in immigrant samples have mostly been neglected. The present study aimed to fill this gap by testing OPD-Structure Questionnaire (OPD-SQS) across groups and evaluating association between functioning mental distress. Methods: Based representative population Germany comprising N = 6,999 participants, factor structure OPD-SQS different (1st generation immigrants, 2nd non-immigrants) were examined. Associations distress depending immigration status investigated using multiple linear regression. Confirmatory analysis showed an acceptable good model fit proposed three-factor for all groups. Furthermore, was strictly invariant regression a strong, positive impairment can be assumed invariant. Hence, provides valid economic screening tool that applied immigrants' health.

Abstarct Psychodynamic constructs and psychopathology are closely inter‐related, but more detailed insight is needed. We investigated these complex inter‐relations using network analysis. A Gaussian graphical model in a sample of N = 2232 psychotherapeutic inpatients was estimated. Self‐administered questionnaires to assess interpersonal relations (Inventory Interpersonal Problems‐32), psychodynamic conflicts (Operationalized Diagnosis–Conflict Questionnaire), personality functioning Diagnosis–Structure Questionnaire‐Short Form, Inventory Personality Organization‐Short Form), (Brief Symptom Inventory) were utilized. the structure, identified most inter‐related with strongest psychopathology, explored clustering all included constructs.
