Energy conversion has become an important technology for meeting energy production and consumption in the modern era. Water splitting solar cell technologies are projected to close gap between demand consumption. Therefore, XGaO3 (X = Ba Cs) compounds having characteristics i.e., electrical, optical, mechanical, structural depicted by using a density functional theory (DFT) based CASTEP software with ultrasoft pseudo-potential plane-wave Generalized Gradient Approximation Perdew Burke Ernzerhof exchange correlation (GGA-PBE). According findings, all of these have cubic "pm3m" structure space group 221. The CsGaO3 BaGaO3 direct indirect band gaps, respect electronic band-structure recreations. Density states like total (TDOS) partial (PDOS) commend extent localization electrons numerous bands. optical properties explored adjusting dispersion curve/relation theoretical dielectric function (DF) scale corresponding peaks. As result, materials could be used consume light visible zone via photo catalysis. combination can produce effective results, so remarkable potential application sensing water splitting.
