The education sector is a major industry badly affected by the spread of COVID-19. With abrupt transition from traditional classrooms to online learning, several obstacles arose, particularly for more senior teachers who had less time plan and adjust new model instruction. This paper addresses enchantment among teachers, differentiating similar concepts and exploring the organisational conditions critical aspects of teacher in an attempt to help schools manage them. The results, derived from a Delphi method, show that training, school facilities, organisation changes challenges stemming COVID-19 are important factors re-enchanting teachers Spanish secondary vocational training schools. Background On December 7, 2022, China optimized its virus response and significantly shifted epidemic policy by downgrading COVID management gradually restoring offline teaching in schools. This shift has brought many impacts on teachers. Aims Through qualitative research of thematic analysis, this paper studies the occupational pressure primary school teachers after policy. Methods Two recruitment methods are adopted for study. One was to email principals several schools Zhejiang Province introduce project indicate idea recruiting participants. Amid uncertainty, teacher candidates (TCs) face increasingly complex situations when encountering pupils. However, TCs' perceived preparedness to address pupils' well-being threats remains scarcely mapped. We examined this among Finnish classroom TCs (N = 112) through a questionnaire comprising 15 situations. felt least prepared addressing threat- and crisis-related anxiety addictions, most observing peer collaboration difficulties responding bullying. Distance teaching weakened preparedness, overall. To enhance the realization of children's right support well-being, we call for adopting an ecosystemic approach placing emotional–interactional competencies at core education.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, students around world faced a disruption of unprecedented intensity. In Italy as in many other countries, for several months emergency remote teaching was only possible form schooling. The impacts on student achievement could be heterogeneous, depending notably teachers’ digital instructional practices.
