Fever visit management (FVM) played a critical role in reducing the risk of local outbreaks caused by positive cases during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic under dynamic zero-COVID-19 policy. clinics were established to satisfy healthcare needs citizens with fever symptoms, including those and without COVID-19. Learning how FVM affects medical care accessibility for different places can support decision making establishing more equitably. However, nature population at times has rarely been considered evaluating facility accessibility. To fill this gap, we adjusted Gaussian-based two-step floating catchment area method (G2SFCA) considering hourly dynamics distribution derived from mobile phone location data. The results generated Xining city, China, showed that (1) explicitly exhibited spatial patterns, being high center low surrounding areas; (2) reduction suburban areas was approximately 2.8 greater than central city 15 min drive conditions; (3) based on nighttime anchor point overestimated areas, but underestimated areas.

The vertical expansion of urbanization has increased the morphological heterogeneity urban landscape, affecting physical and emotional wellbeing dwellers by obstructing view greenery. In this study, multisource spatial data was used to calculate building green index (BGVI). Baidu Street View (BSV) images were collected for comparison with corresponding BGVI results. A random forest model analyze contributions marginal effects multiple influencing factors on BGVI. results indicated that approximately 76.10% sampled sites had a higher than street index, indicating buildings' superiority visible greenery in height. western edge research region frequently highest Meanwhile, hotspot regions primarily located west, which more consistent distribution high value zones. area within maximum distance, average height most influential according analysis IncNodePurity. As quantitative measure dwellers' visual accessibility space, will contribute planning development landscape architecture.

Post-industrial neighborhoods are valued for their historical and cultural significance but often contend with challenges such as physical deterioration, social instability, decay, which diminish residents’ satisfaction. Leveraging urban renewal a catalyst, it is essential to boost satisfaction by enhancing the environmental quality of these areas. This study, drawing on data from Shenyang, China, utilizes combined strengths gradient boosting decision trees (GBDTs) asymmetric impact-performance analysis (AIPA) systematically identify prioritize built-environment attributes that significantly enhance Our identifies twelve key attributes, strategically prioritized based impacts current performance levels. Heritage maintenance, property management, activities, heritage publicity marked requiring immediate improvement, maintenance identified most urgent. Other categorized potential or lack improvement needs, enabling targeted effective revitalization strategies. research equips planners policymakers critical insights, supporting informed decisions markedly improve life in distinctive settings.

The degree of coordination between the supply and demand for urban green spaces serves as a vital metric evaluating ecological development well-being residents. An essential principle in assessing this is precise quantification both spaces, well differential representation their spatiotemporal structures. This study utilizes entropy weight method (EWM) principal component analysis (PCA) to comprehensively measure indicators space quantity quality central area Shenyang, China. To establish reliable quantifiable indicators, mobile signaling spatial-temporal data are corrected by incorporating static population cross-sectional data. Gaussian two-step floating catchment (Ga2SFCA) employed calculate accessibility each community with ArcGIS 10.2 software, while Gini coefficient utilized assess equity distribution within area. employs location determine levels subdistrict. Furthermore, priority community-scale regulation accurately determined balancing vulnerable areas replenishing resources ageing population. findings suggest 0.58 Shenyang’s metropolitan region, indicating relatively low level equalization overall allocation. Based on entropy, classification at street yields following outcomes: balanced comprise 21.98%, imbalanced account 26.37%, highly regions represent 51.65%. After eliminating regions, elderly factored in, highlighting spatial proportions communities distinct regulatory priorities: Level 1 (S1) constitutes 7.4%, 2 (S2) accounts 60.9%, 3 (S3) represents 31.7%. Notably, S1 category exhibit characteristics aggregation inner ring northern parts third ring. identification requiring urgent typical can provide suggestions prioritizing planning an age-friendly city.

Previous studies on measuring the accessibility and equity of park green spaces (PGSs) often overlook differences in walking speeds across age groups, which may lead to research results that deviate from actual conditions. This study expands current literature by investigating whether ignoring age-related affects measurement PGS equity. The Gaussian Two-Step Floating Catchment Area (G2SFCA) method, along with Lorenz curve Gini coefficient are used measure evaluate PGSs Wuhan, China, taking into account both average speed variations different groups. empirical reveals significant spatial disparities Wuhan’s districts, ranging 77.2 78.55 m per minute (m/min), urban areas having faster than suburban areas. finds groups leads an overestimation Wuhan. Furthermore, regardless or age-specific considered, remain evident, demonstrating significantly better compared Additionally, small changes between (−3% 3%) have minimal impact results, low sensitivity among Overall, scholars policymakers should consider various populations when planning public facilities such as ensure stronger policy support for vulnerable achieve goal social

The role of Internet Popularity (INPY) in shaping public perception urban parks is increasingly significant. Although existing studies have explored the impact on perception, they primarily focus traditional environmental indicators (such as NDVI and GVI), overlooking potential influence INPY generated social media emotions. This study aims to fill this gap by analyzing 41,675 data from Luoyang, China, quantifying emotional perception(ETPN), using Multi-task Hierarchical Linear regression models explore relationship between INPY, parks. results show: (1) has varying degrees positive Emotional Gradients (ETGD) negative positive, with intensity increasing low high; (2) A 200-meter GVI negatively correlated emotions, whereas 500-meter 1000-meter scales positively affect emotions; (3) Seasons expression, particularly highlights that mainly impacts while help mitigate emotions enhance overall ETPN. These provide planners a new perspective understanding value offer scientific support for space optimization policy-making.
