Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) as part questionnaire Q-RAPH used. Parents 1091 6–18 years old (54% boys) filled measurement points 2020 2021. After performing ANCOVA logistic regression, we found significant decrease MVPA by 12.7% 2021 compared (p < 0.001) while LPA about 1.5 h day both periods. proportion who reach recommended levels also decreased 13.7% 0.001). Factors negatively affecting achievement 60 min were female gender, chronic diseases, overweight/obesity, non-participation organized sports, average air temperature. Background The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on physical and mental health, while activity sleep are two important indicators of the that have been explored in recent studies. However, results studies with different measurement methods populations levels diverse affected by some but not others. Our study aimed to investigate role results. Methods PubMed, Web Science, CNKI databases were used search for related systematically. Study characteristics data collected analyzed from each included study. Standardized mean differences (SMDs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) estimate pooled effect sizes. Results A total 13 articles systematic review, 11 which meta-analysis. We found moderate-to-vigorous (MVPA) time was 0.33 (95% CI 0.07 0.59) quality 0.37 0.21 0.53) decreased, duration −0.24 −0.28 −0.20) increased during lockdown; overall no difference ( p = 0.07) lockdown. “wearables” subgroup heterogeneity 0.89, I 2 0) duration, MVPA measured subjective scales significantly changed. “elite athletes” lower 0.69, than general adults, population subgroups there within either. Conclusion time, quality, instead among healthy adults. greatly influenced methods, behavior differed varying levels.
