Due to radiation resistance and the immunosuppressive microenvironment of metastatic osteosarcoma, novel radiosensitizers that can sensitize radiotherapy (RT) antitumor immunity synchronously urgently needed. Here, authors developed a nanoscale metal-organic framework (MOF, named TZM) by co-doping high-atomic elements Ta Zr as metal nodes porphyrinic molecules (tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin (TCPP)) photosensitizing ligand. A photo-responsive full-color lanthanide supramolecular switch was constructed from a synthetic 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid (DPA)-modified pillar[5]arene (H) complexing with ion (Ln3+ = Tb3+ and Eu3+) dicationic diarylethene derivative (G1) through noncovalent assembly. Benefiting the strong complexation between DPA Ln3+ 3 : 1 stoichiometric ratio, complex H/Ln3+ presented an emerging emission in aqueous organic phase. Subsequently, network polymer formed by further encapsulating G1via hydrophobic cavity of pillar[5]arene, which greatly contributed to increased intensity lifetime, also resulted formation light switch. Moreover, luminescence, especially white emission, achieved (CIE: 0.31, 0.32) dichloromethane 0.33) solutions adjustment different ratios Eu3+. Notably, photo-reversible luminescence properties assembly were tuned via alternant UV/vis irradiation due conformation-dependent photochromic energy transfer open/closed-ring diarylethene. Abstract Despite multifunctional theranostics hold vast potential in deep tissue bioimaging and tumor therapy, activatable nanomedicine with integration of precise diagnosis effective treatment is usually achieved at the cost complicated synthesis chemistries. Here, a facile way to design bioresponsive Ag 2 S‐Ag Janus probes coated by polyethylene glycol (PEG) (denoted as AAP) showed, active second near‐infrared window (NIR‐II, 1000–1700 nm). In microenvironment, part can yield hydroxyl radicals (·OH) consuming H O for high‐efficiency chemodynamic therapy (CDT), while S has impressive photothermal (PTT). The synergistic benefits from parts further boosted CDT effect AAP high conversion efficiency up 56.8%. Pancreatic cancer is highly lethal. New diagnostic and treatment modalities are desperately needed. We report here that an expanded porphyrin, cyclo[8]pyrrole (CP), with a high extinction coefficient (89.16 L/g·cm) within the second near-infrared window (NIR-II), may be formulated αvβ3-specific targeting peptide, cyclic-Arg-Gly-Asp (cRGD), to form cRGD-CP nanoparticles (cRGD-CPNPs) promising NIR-II photothermal (PT) therapeutic photoacoustic (PA) imaging properties. Studies ring-array PA tomography system, coupled analysis of control lacking element (CPNPs), revealed cRGD conjugation promoted delivery NPs through abnormal vessels around tumor solid core. This proved true in both subcutaneous orthotopic pancreatic mice models, as confirmed by immunofluorescent studies. In combination laser photoirradiation, cRGD-CPNPs provided near-baseline growth inhibition PTT vitro vivo. Notably, present photoirradiation was found inhibit intra-abdominal metastases mouse model. The also displayed good biosafety profiles, inferred from tomography, blood analyses, H&E staining. They thus appear for use combined PT cancer.

Macrocyclic confinement-induced supramolecular luminescence materials have important application value in the fields of bio-sensing, cell imaging, and information anti-counterfeiting. Herein, a tunable multicolor lanthanide assembly with white light emission is reported, which constructed by co-assembly cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7]) encapsulating naphthylimidazolium dicarboxylic acid (G1 )/Ln (Eu3+ /Tb3+ ) complex carbon quantum dots (CD). Benefiting from macrocyclic confinement effect CB[7], not only extends fluorescence intensity G1 36 times, but also increases yield 28 times lifetime 12 times. Furthermore, CB[7]/G1 /Ln can further co-assemble CD diarylethene derivatives (DAE) to realize intelligently-regulated full-color spectrum including light, results competitive encapsulation adamantylamine change pH, photochromic DAE. The multi-level logic gate based on successfully applied anti-counterfeiting system storage, providing an effective method for research new luminescent intelligent materials.

Abstract Emerging stimuli‐responsive composite probes active in the second near‐infrared window (NIR‐II, 1000–1700 nm) hold vast potential for improving vivo imaging performance with minimized noise interference. The interactions among external irradiation, shell species, and emissive core are key factors design of smart structures. irradiation provides energy species to generate intense NIR‐II fluorescence signals, while transfer process hinders emission inner structure probes.
