Abstract
Molecular
spherical
nucleic
acids
(m‐SNAs)
are
a
second
generation
of
(SNAs),
which
significance
in
potential
application
targeted
delivery
or
gene
regulation
due
to
their
defined
molecular
structures.
Nevertheless,
m‐SNAs
typically
involve
single
DNA
sequence
greatly
limits
its
functions
as
either
targeting
purpose
regulation.
In
response,
we
proposed
here
third
generation,
supramolecular
(Supra‐SNAs)
with
two
different
sequences
achieve
both
above‐mentioned
functions.
Specifically,
constructed
series
self‐assembly
structures
by
coupling
cell
membrane
receptor
(i.e.,
nucleolin)‐recognizing
aptamer
(AS1411)‐modified
adamantine
probe
and
human
epithelial

Photodynamic
Therapy
(PDT)
is
an
approved

rapidly

novel

review,
we
describe
compounds,

photosensitizers
probes

Abstract
The
integration
of
robust
photon‐absorption
capacity,
high
reactive
oxygen

Abstract
Unpredictable
in
vivo

feedback

reactive
oxygen
species
(ROS)
efficiency
is
the
major
bottleneck
photodynamic
therapy
(PDT).
Herein,
novel
PDT‐based
nanotheranostics
Pa–Mn&CH‐A@P
are
elaborately
constructed
for
tracking
biodistribution
and
situ
self‐reporting
PDT,
which
innovatively
unites
magnetic
resonance
imaging
(MRI)
chemiluminescence
(CL)
signals.
Taking
advantages
versatility
lanthanide
coordination
chemistry
flash
nanoprecipitation
(FNP)
technology,
photosensitizers,
MRI,
CL
agents
unprecedently
integrated
within
a
stable
uniform
nanotheranostic.
Specifically,
MRI
signal
offers
detailed
dose
distribution
with
high‐spatial
resolution,
timely

evaluation
ROS
