Background: Mental healthcare for children and adolescents with a history of childhood abuse constitutes major public health issue. Indeed, exposes to severe complex post-traumatic stress disorder (cPTSD) but also neurodevelopmental psychological repercussions impacting the developmental trajectory. Method: Twenty-two adolescents, aged 12 17, who had been abused during were included. All met ICD-11 criteria PTSD. Subjective measures PTSD taken before (T0) after 3 months EMDR therapy (T1). Results: average symptom score CPTS-RI significantly decreased from 40.2 34.4 EMDR, indicating improvement symptoms. The connection between chronic psychological stress and the onset of various diseases, including diabetes, HIV, cancer, cardiovascular conditions, is well documented. This review synthesizes current research on neurological, immune, hormonal, genetic pathways through which influences disease progression, affecting multiple body systems: nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, reproductive, musculoskeletal, integumentary. Central to this an evaluation 16 Behavioral Stress Reduction Programs (BSRPs) across over 200 studies, assessing their effectiveness in mitigating stress-related health outcomes. While our findings suggest that BSRPs have potential enhance medical therapies reverse variability study designs, sample sizes, methodologies raises questions about generalizability robustness these results. While eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) is considered an evidence-based treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) in adults, there are differences as to how various international guidelines judge the strength of this evidence base. Furthermore, areas other than adult PTSD, major differ even more base when use EMDR. In 2019, Council Scholars: The Future EMDR Therapy Project was initiated. Several working groups were established, with one assigned focus area research. This article a product that group. Failure in dealing with anxiety-provoking situations and stressors the school setting may have negative consequences not only on children’s performance, but also their well-being future. This research aimed to examine relationship of forms anxiety (anticipatory anxiety, school-based performance generalized anxiety) sources (teacher interactions, academic stress, peer self-concept) manifestations (emotional, behavioral, physiological) distress.
