Abstract
Background
Loneliness
has
become
a
major
public
health
issue
of
the
recent
decades
due
to
its
severe
impact
on
and
mortality.
Little
is
known
about
relation
between
loneliness
social
anxiety.
This
study
aimed
(1)
explore
levels
anxiety
in
general
population,
(2)
assess
whether
how
affects
symptoms
vice
versa
over
period
five
years.
Methods
The
combined
data
from
baseline
assessment
five-year
follow-up
population-based
Gutenberg
Health
Study.
Data
N
=
15
010
participants
at

analyzed.

regression
analyses

connectedness
