Dijital Dönüşüm, dijital teknolojilerin kullanımıyla yeni iş modelleri ve stratejiler geliştirme sürecini ifade eder. İşletmelerin rekabet avantajı elde etmeleri kurumsal verimliliklerini artırmaları için dijitalleşme süreçlerine uyum sağlamaları kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Bu dönüşüme yanıt verebilmek için, işletmelerin dönüşüm etkinliklerini ölçmeleri yol haritalarını çizmeleri gerekmektedir. çalışma, üretim sektöründeki performanslarını belirlemeye yönelik performans ölçüm sistemi geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. bağlamda, Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları gerekli kriterler, nesneler, insanlar sistemler arasındaki etkileşimler göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen yalnızca otomasyon, robotik, nesnelerin interneti, yapay zekâ büyük veri analitiği gibi ileri teknolojilerden değil; aynı zamanda organizasyonel faktörler değişime olan istek insan odaklı unsurlardan da yararlanarak tanımlanmıştır. Kriterler kapsamlı literatür taraması sonucunda oluşturulmuş açıklanmıştır. Uzman görüşleri alınarak, bu kriterlerin önem derecelerini gösteren ağırlıklar hesaplanmış SWARA yöntemi ile ağırlıklandırılmıştır. performansının ölçümünde ise Gri İlişkisel Analiz (GİA) kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen model, örnek vaka üzerinde test edilmiş firma performansları karşılaştırılmıştır.

As the demands of modern workforce evolve, universities are increasingly challenged to provide academic knowledge and practical transferable skills necessary for students’ career success. This study investigates alignment between undergraduate aspirations, their perceived skill development, role higher education institutions in bridging gap. To address this issue, a comprehensive survey was conducted among students gather data on awareness required chosen careers, perceptions how well university supports development. Using machine learning methods such as hierarchical clustering k-nearest neighbors classification, coupled with non-parametric statistical analysis Mann–Whitney U Chi-squared (χ2) tests understand preparedness, findings from valuable insights into can prepare highlight areas where improvements needed better support achieving goals.

Reasons for the emerging mismatch between education and labor market, its impact resolving mechanisms have been well studied. However, continues to be very problematic. Moreover, new era of digitalization artificial intelligence is accelerating this crisis. Acknowledging tenet, we investigate further—whether a finds match in digitalized era. An individualist approach answer each research question was considered so descriptive statistics, multinomial logistic regression interviews are adopted under were implemented using framework both quantitative qualitative methods. Findings suggest that overall performance fully mismatched group (Science graduates) comprehensively better compared their counterpart (Business graduates). Digitalization has further generated since business graduates now increasingly irrelevant. This paper supplements discourse on job market by distinct measurement strategy. We argue skills required competence do jobs any sector. Hence, all types schools (business, science, social sciences) should equip with digitized order prevent them being replaced science graduates.

ABSTRACT In response to the essential need for digital competences in education, a 3‐year Design‐Based Research project was conducted prepare pre‐service mathematics and science teachers demands of teaching age.
