Digital
transformation
(DT)
is
raising
new
challenges.
This
article
seeks
to
understand
how
DT
has
changed
business
strategies,
requiring
a
profile
of
professionals,

sought-after
skills

Although

does

an

definition,
several
papers
provide
approaches
to
understanding
it.
This
paper
presents
a
systematic
literature
review
(SLR)
understand
education
by
addressing
research
questions
what,
why,
how
conduct
Sixty-six
from
five
libraries,

IEEE

Web

Reasons
for
the
emerging
mismatch
between
education
and
labor
market,
its
impact
resolving
mechanisms
have
been
well
studied.

problematic.

digitalization

3‐year
Design‐Based
Research
project
was
conducted
