Extracellular vesicles (EVs) from cultured cells or bodily fluids have been demonstrated to show therapeutic value following myocardial infarction. However, challenges in donor variation, EV generation and isolation methods, material availability hindered their use. Here, we that human clinical-grade platelet concentrates a blood establishment can be used rapidly generate high concentrations of purity EVs sero-converted lysate (SCPL-EVs) with minimal processing, using size-exclusion chromatography. Human platelet lysates (HPLs) from allogeneic concentrates (PCs) are biomaterials, which rich in various trophic factors, increasingly used regenerative medicine and biotherapy. Understanding how preparation methods influence the HPL protein profile, biological function, clinical outcomes is crucial. Our study sheds light on proteomes functionality of different HPLs, with aim advancing their scientifically grounded applications. To achieve this, PCs suspended plasma underwent three distinct processing methods, resulting seven types. We characterization techniques: label-free proteomics tandem mass tag (TMT)-based quantitative proteomics, both before after immunodepletion abundant proteins. Bioinformatic tools assessed proteome, western blotting validated our data. Abstract Wound healing is a dynamic process involving the timely transition of organized phases. However, infected wounds often experience prolonged inflammation due to microbial overload. Thus, addressing viable treatment needs across different stages critical challenge in wound management. Herein, novel core‐shell microneedle (CSMN) patch designed for sequential delivery tannic acid‐magnesium (TA‐Mg) complexes and extracellular vesicles from Lactobacillus druckerii (LDEVs). The burgeoning field of regenerative medicine has significantly advanced with recent findings on biotherapies using human platelet lysates (HPLs), derived from clinical-grade concentrates (PCs), for treating brain disorders.
