Abstract: This research uses a quantitative paradigm and survey method. It aims to determine the influence of strategic management transformational leadership on school quality. The technique used in this is total sampling technique, taking entire population be studied. results study show that there significant (1) quality based level significance (Sig = 0.000) correlation coefficient value 6.14 > 1.68, which 46%; (2) with 4.14 28%; (3) simultaneously 18.854 3.20, 47%. The rapid development of technology and digitalization in today's era has affected many aspects life, including business entrepreneurship. On the other hand, vocational education also an essential role preparing reliable qualified human resources this field. However, main problem is absence entrepreneurial orientation digital competency support education. In addition, low social psychological capital results fromthis problem. This research aims to measure (SC) (PC) on (EO). Together they influence intention (EI). (EO) was tested for its as a mediator moderating effect competence (DC). study used quantitative method with ex post facto approach involving 757 student respondents. Data collected through Entrepreneurial Intentions questionnaire Likert scale 1-5 (strongly disagree agree strongly). SEM analysis tests direct based path coefficient mediating bootstrap results. reveal that orientation(EO)are significant intentions(EI). capital's determining intentions. Digital (DC) can prove significantly interaction orientation(EO)in andentrepreneurial basis forming intentions(EI)in students. recommendation from providers need increase use learning, provide entrepreneurship training programs build networks local communities.

Este artículo presenta los resultados correspondientes a una de las dos variables un estudio doctoral, cuyo objetivo fue analizar la relación entre gestión pedagógica del emprendimiento y rasgos personalidad emprendedora en estudiantes educación media ciudad Bogotá. La variable que se desarrolla el presente es: Personalidad Emprendedora. recopilación datos llevó través Batería para Evaluación Emprendedora [BEPE], instrumento diseñado evaluar ocho literatura ha identificado como fundamentales emprendedores, siendo estos: autonomía, autoeficacia, optimismo, asunción riesgo, tolerancia al estrés, motivación logro, locus control e innovación. muestra correspondió 852 con edades 15 17 años, pertenecientes instituciones públicas o concesión El análisis cuantitativo esta permitió evidenciar jóvenes presentan excelente nivel control, alto riesgo innovación, pero, bajo autonomía estrés.

Vocational students have a difficult time in hunting job upon graduation. Digital entrepreneurship promotes the employment of college graduates. In an environment digital technology, this article clarifies current state education (EE) for and discusses influence EE context environment. The objective study is to examine role promoting opportunities vocational landscape. The quality of teaching and learning across all TVET disciplines can be enhanced by promoting technology-inclusive TVET. Using the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) model, this study examines interrelationships between knowledge required art teachers to effectively integrate technology in at level. assumed that practices could achieved if had a solid understanding their subject matter, pedagogical procedures about employing technological tools. There is a high interest for graphic design among the visual art disciplines in Ghana and several factors account this. The purpose of this study was to investigate that influence preference as preferred subject. To carry out task, purposive sampling technique employed collect data from 340 students selected senior schools tertiary institutions Ghana. This made up 145 male 195 female students. Data were collected through administration an online survey instrument paper-printed questionnaire based on integrated framework Expectancy-Value Theory Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory. quantitative research method adopted which Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) software used analyze study. findings revealed perceived personal motivation, robust ecosystem, strong intrinsic, extrinsic, social cultural attributes are key drivers students' design. It further have ecosystem where sophisticated digital tools processes employed. Characterized by good curriculum structure use 2D 3D computer like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Cinema 4D, easily attracted pursuing therefore recommended entire education should be redesigned include technological tools, collaborative learning courses computer-Aided graphics into other subjects.

Objective: Competence is an individual's ability to do a job adequately and appropriately. needed in the field of work. Future vehicles are currently heading towards electric-based vehicles. Therefore, graduates who have competence, especially electricity, needed. Valid accurate measuring instruments determine person's competence. this study, were developed measure student competence automotive electricity. Method: The research method used development study using 4D model consisting four phases: Defining, Designing, Developing, Disseminating. finished instrument validated tested see its validity reliability. Results: This obtained electrical competency 3 instruments, namely knowledge, skills, attitudes. There 1 question item that must be dropped because CVR value correlation test items below 0.3, outfit infit values above 2. No for indicators, attitudes, skills. All produce reliable instruments. Novelty: unique focuses on approach includes attitudes technological developments.
