Based on the emerging students' usage of social media in numerous nations, including Indonesia, Microsoft Forms was used to gather data from 410 respondents, and SmartPLS 4.0 applied analysis accordance with research criteria. The questionnaire distributed November 2023, survey results showed that two hypotheses were rejected, specifically terms system quality perceived ease use utilizing for educational purposes. The COVID-19 global epidemic has compelled higher education institutions to reconsider their teaching methods. Because of this public health emergency, universities in have adopted e-learning techniques as a solution face-to-face education. Thus, emerged critical technology at institutions. Nonetheless, the effectiveness systems is largely dependent on students' adoption such systems. study aims evaluate usefulness task-technology fit (TTF) with information system success model (ISSM) perceiving goal encouraging them adopt context employed quantitative approach, and theoretical was evaluated proposed hypotheses find relationships between constructs. A questionnaire based TTF ISSM distributed among students, 260 valid responses were received using sample random sampling technique. Data analyzed help SPSS Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). AI-powered chatbots hold great promise for enhancing learning experiences and outcomes in today's rapidly evolving education system. However, despite the increasing demand such technologies, there remains a significant research gap regarding factors influencing users' acceptance adoption of educational contexts. This study aims to address this by investigating that shape attitudes, intentions, behaviors towards adopting ChatGPT smart systems. employed quantitative approach, data were collected from 458 participants through structured questionnaire designed measure various constructs related technology acceptance, including perceived ease use, usefulness, feedback quality, assessment subject norms, attitude behavioral intention use ChatGPT. The use of e-learning systems has become widespread in higher education institutions Oman. However, understanding factors that influence student acceptance and usage these is lacking. This study combined the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Expectation–Confirmation Theory (ECT) to examine by students Omani HEIs. A survey was conducted with 220 from Al-Buraimi University College Oman collect data on perceived usefulness, ease use, behavioral intention, system use. model created merging eight interactions between TAM, ECT, seven variables. results showed usefulness were significant predictors students’ intention systems, had a direct effect actual systems. Interactive communication platforms have been widely used to support online teaching. However, during the Coronavirus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic they gained unprecedented relevance since allowed educational processes continue. This study investigated relationship among interactive technology tools, perceived instructor presence, student satisfaction and engagement in hybrid courses post-COVID-19 lockdown. An electronic questionnaire was administered 1086 students from a public university Mexico that implemented class model using Microsoft Teams after Jamovi WarpPLS were perform confirmatory factor analysis structural equation modeling. The findings revealed technological tools positively impact instructor's engagement.
