Abstract
Advancing
age
is
associated
with
chronic
diseases
which
are
the
largest
cause
of
death
and
disability
in
developed
countries.
With
increasing
life
expectancy
an
ageing
population,
there
a
need
to
conduct
trials
extend
healthy
ageing,
including
targeting
biological
processes,
prevent
ageing-related
diseases.

main
objectives
study
as
follows:

review
outcome
measures
utilised
focusing
on
pharmacological
therapies,
nutritional
supplements

summarise
views

for

a
field
