Recent studies have indicated that gut microbiota-mediated oxidative stress is significantly associated with intestinal diseases such as colorectal cancer, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn’s disease. The level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) has been reported to increase when the microbiota dysregulated, especially several bacterial metabolites are present. Although healthy plays a vital role in defending against excessive stress, disease influenced by ROS, this process controlled immunological responses, DNA damage, inflammation. Oxidative stress is pivotal in the pathology of many diseases. This study investigated antioxidant phytochemistry avocado (Persea americana Mill.) peel. Different solvent extracts (dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, methanol, and water) peel were subjected to total phenol flavonoid quantification, as well vitro radical scavenging ferric reducing evaluation. Abstract Wine, the fermented juice of grape ( Vitis vinifera ), is a complex beverage composed primarily water and ethanol. On other hand, phenolic compounds are less abundant components that participate in taste color formation. In addition to their major role sensory profile wine, (also referred as polyphenols) function through various mechanisms, exerting positive influence on health. According recent research, consuming just one glass red wine positively contributes health protection, it connected maintenance redox endothelial balance, potential for reducing diabetes occurrence, preventing atherosclerosis, risk cardiovascular diseases. What more, lower incidence certain types cancers has also been observed. The promoting benefits explained by its wide spectrum structurally diverse whose content may depend numerous factors. most anthocyanins with up 400 mg/L, followed acids, flavanols, flavonols, hydrolyzable tannins, flavanones, stilbenes (up 200, 120, 60, 50, 25, 5 respectively). This review paper outlines structural variety, advantages, immunomodulatory capacity polyphenols, drawing upon latest pertinent scientific literature available this domain.
