The
knowledge

The
global
coronavirus
disease
(COVID-19)
outbreak
forced
a
shift
from
face-to-face
education
to
online
learning
in
higher
settings
around
the
world.

COVID-19

study
provides
a
zoom-out
perspective
of
higher
education
students’
experiences
related
to
the
emergency
remote
learning
(ERL)
following
first
lockdown
due
COVID-19
pandemic
as
captured
by
national,
in-depth
survey
administered

institutions
in
Cyprus
(different
fields
and
educational
levels).

qualitative

students

learners’
prior
technology

preparedness
