Despite the public health benefits of cycling in general population, mental issues may be evident high-performance and elite-level competitive domains. With prominent riders disclosing their experiences with psychiatric symptoms, distinctive socioenvironmental factors could exacerbate psychopathological vulnerabilities. This suggests a need for greater awareness amongst stakeholders, supplemented by actions from international national federations regulators. To synthesise relevant observations about concerns cycling, we conducted keyword search articles APA PsycINFO, PubMed, Scopus based on specified exclusion criteria. Thirteen papers were identified that examined and/or per classifications World Health Organization's International Classification Diseases 11th Revision. A large proportion illustrated eating disorder symptomatology, but others discussed attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety depression, sleep wake disorders, substance use disorder. Existing literature underlines important considerations all stakeholders within community around initiatives care provisions, which are currently lacking across sport. Such programmes incorporate consensus statements, screening, psychoeducation, stigma-reducing policies, athlete advocacy. The aim of this study is to translate, cross-culturally adapt, and validate the Croatian Athlete Psychological Strain Questionnaire (APSQ-Cro) as part Sport Mental Health Assessment Tool 1 (SMHAT-1) validation. There has been a growing interest around the broader effects of psychopathic traits, particularly in relation to deviant behaviors and notion so-called “successful psychopathy”. As significant sociocultural touchstones, sporting events are often characterized by competitiveness sense prestige. However, there limited attention towards traits across recreational, amateur, elite sports. Accordingly, we conducted narrative review synthesizing primary observations on this topic, searching keywords Scopus, APA PsychNet, PubMed. However, these activities may encompass more complex characteristics and demands that do not correspond to scientifically validated correlations between physical activity improved health. Elite sports environments can increase psychiatric conditions like stress and depression due to social pressure for specific body shapes, encouraging disordered eating behaviors, especially in endurance, aesthetic, weight-dependent sports. This review aims investigate habits among athletes suffering from poor mental health identify dietary strategies or nutritional advice mitigate these physically active individuals. This study illuminates the complex relationship between cultural orientation towards collectivism, emotional regulation skills, cognitive reappraisal ability, sports engagement, perceived coach support, and self-efficacy in Chinese athletes' performance satisfaction. Seven hundred fifty athletes from Guangdong, Jiangsu, Sichuan completed 5-point Likert scale assessments. The employed structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze variable connections. results reveal significant relationships satisfaction collectivism (β = 0.35, p < 0.001), skills 0.28, ability 0.32, 0.01), engagement 0.20, 0.05), support 0.25, 0.30, 0.001).
