Introduction. The digital transformation of the educational system imposes new requirements caused by need to implement forms subject-centered relations in remedial pedagogical process (online learning, distance and mixed learning formats, active use resources, etc.). At same time, possibility professional growth self-development and, consequently, activity subjects integrated process, as well efficiency their activities, are reduced. Purpose study: analyse evaluate existing predictors development for special inclusive education pedagogues conditions education. Materials methods. analysis assessment impact on was carried out through content questioning results based Google Forms. A total 409 (remedial, correctional) teachers from different regions Russian Federation post-soviet countries were interviewed. average age respondents 38 (92.9% women 7.1% men). obtained data processed using Microsoft Excel IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. quantitative statistical processing method (Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient) used processing. This study analyzes the effectiveness of virtual laboratory-based distance learning as a means improving outcomes students’ cognitive abilities and practical skills in Computer Numerical Control course. utilized pre-experimental design with onegroup pretest-posttest structure. The research subjects were 31 second-year vocational students from Department Mechanical Engineering at Universitas Negeri Padang who had recently participated four sessions. instruments included pre-test, post-test, student perception survey to assess laboratory treatment. findings this demonstrate that presence enhances terms abilities. pre-test value for was 52.04, which increased 82.36 post-test. Similarly, 56.98, improved 83.44 These improvements significantly contribute enhancement outcomes, indicated by an average N-gain 0.642 medium/effective category. We conclude use media through Metaverse platform is effective learning. method reduces initial requirement 24 hours face-to-face just five more self-study.

Introduction. Modern global processes of change in all spheres society and the economy determine priority professional self-development teachers who are ready to introduce new technologies able dynamically conditions digital transformation education uncertainty future. The purpose study: substantiate at methodological level process a teacher educational environment empirical formation subjective semantic position during periods pedagogical crises. Methodology, materials methods. basis is approach, enriched with idea subject-semantic subject-integrative regulatives. In first case, internal leading one, second – influence external on study involved 76 from institutions general secondary vocational Krasnodar Krai. Questionnaires, testing, ranking, correlation analysis were used as research To assess reliability established coefficients, Student's t-test was used. Results. It that characterized by high activity realizing their own needs for (89.5%) and, result, low values crisis-causing factors (97.4%), well indicators successful overcoming crises (90.8%). realization need active self-organization selfcontrol activities, long-term goal-setting significantly interdependent (tф>tst; α = 0,05).
