Although knowledge drives organizational growth, limited teamwork skills have hindered effective sharing and utilization across departments individuals in higher education institutions (HEIs). Thus, this paper develops a pertinent knowledge-intensive teamworking model for HEIs. Educational background, leadership, social media adoption were independent variables, while acquisition, development, application, revision, dependent variables. Using an online questionnaire, quantitative investigation of 918 people different HEIs tested hypotheses based on PLS-SEM findings. ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence (AI)-based chatbot that has expanded in popularity among users several fields. It could transform education and support achieving sustainable development goals. Consequently, this aimed explore undergraduates’ terms benefits challenges using education. This paper reports on an interview study with eight secondary school teachers in Indonesia regarding their experiences of teaching technology during the COVID-19 pandemic. Employing semistructured questions and geared under a qualitative research approach, probes explicitly into (1) availability access at home, (2) teachers’ difficulties online, (3) ability to adapt online teaching, (4) technology. The emergence of the Covid-19 Pandemic has defined more dependence upon involvement ICT in EFL Class. This study investigates integration English teaching practices among teachers context a new normal setting. To achieve aim study, mixed-method approach been applied. Thirty- two junior high school who joined as members Musyarawah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP-English Teacher Regional Forum) Bitung City, North Sulawesi, Indonesia.
