Abstract This study examined the perspectives of Ghanaian higher education students on use ChatGPT. The Students’ ChatGPT Experiences Scale (SCES) was developed and validated to evaluate students’ as a learning tool. A total 277 from universities colleges participated in study. ChatGPT was first released in November 2022, which has led to varying reactions among educators. Educators are one of the major stakeholders education system. As a result this, educators’ perceptions worth investigating inform future policy decision-making. This study examined educators using an online survey.
