They include 29,815 participants from 19 countries whose spans most phases adulthood (from 13.5 75.5 years, mean 28.7). found hedonistic negative are negatively aging with partial eta squared effect sizes roughly .15. Our results have implications design as findings highlight importance taking into account differences associated age.

However, (mainly present hedonistic or negative future) predicted adaptive maladaptive over beyond attachment. results are consistent hypothesis most relationship between is mediated by individual differences By contrast, factors other than (e.g., temperament) must be considered fully account coping.

A moderated mediation model was assessed, incorporating exogenous variable DBTP, ER as mediators, endogenous variables depressive anxiety The accounted for variations paths a moderator. Significant associations were found between strategies, depression, Mediation analyses revealed that both (except adaptive strategies) significantly mediated DBTP Additionally, multigroup suggested these mediating effects consistent across Iranian Turkish samples, exceptions strategies. study highlights crucial role TPs predicting symptoms, notable nuances.
