Laser-induced graphene (LIG) has emerged as a promising solvent-free strategy for producing highly porous, 3D structures, particularly electrochemical applications. However, the unique character of LIG and hydrogel membrane (HM) coated requires accounting specific conditions its charge transfer process. This study investigates electron kinetics electroactive surface area electrodes, finding efficient [Fe(CN)6]3-/4- redox process, with high rate constant 4.12 x 10-3 cm/s an 28 times higher than geometric area. The impact polysaccharide HM coatings (cationic chitosan, neutral agarose anionic sodium alginate) on LIG's behavior is elucidated, considering factors like Ohmic drop across porous Coulombic interactions/permeability affecting diffusion coefficients, estimated from amperometry. Experimental findings are supported by ab-initio calculations showing electrostatic potential map’s negative distribution upon chitosan chain protonation, having effect in over two-fold current increase switching pH 7.48 to 1.73. feature absent other studied HMs. It was also revealed that chitosan's band gap reduced 3.07 eV acetylation, due introduction new LUMO state. summarizes operating enhanced presence, impacting process presenting challenges prospective LIG/HM systems’

Abstract Dislocation of anti‐adhesion materials, non‐specific tissue adhesion, and the induction secondary fibrinolysis disorders are main challenges faced by postoperative materials. Herein, a self‐leveling transient unilateral adhesive hydrogel is custom‐designed to conquer these with theoretically calculated dual‐step tailored gellan gum (GG) as sole agent. First, maximum gelation temperature GG lowered from 42–25 °C through controlled perturbation intra‐ inter‐molecular hydrogen bonds, which achieved employing methacrylic anhydride “hydrogen bond's perturbator” form methacrylate (MeGG). Second, “self‐leveling” injectability wound shape adaptably endowed formation borate‐diol complexed MeGG (BMeGG). Finally, tissue‐adhesive (BMeGG‐H) barrier prepared photo‐controlled cross‐linking reactive alkenyl groups. This degradable demonstrates favorable rheological properties, light‐controlled adhesion biocompatibility, anti‐fibrin anti‐cell properties in vitro. Comprehensive regulation balance toward non‐adhesion conformed rat model after intra‐abdominal surgery via anti‐autoinflammatory response, intestinal wall integrity repair, Tissue plasminogen activator (t‐PA) inhibitor‐1 (PAI‐1) adjustment. Notably, 14 th day effective rate 100%, indicating its significant potential clinical applications for anti‐adhesion.

Abstract Personalized treatment is an effective approach that provides customized therapeutic regimens. However, existing personalized strategies often require complex designs, which are challenging to implement and susceptible failure. By virtue of the widespread mechanical environment in human body, a force‐controlled therapy pump reported for controlled release individualized therapy. Similar fish trap, composed hydrophobic trammel film with random microfibers, cover aligned inner hydrophilic sponge loaded bletilla striata polysaccharide‐confined nano cerium oxide (BCe). BCe possesses excellent reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging ability (, H 2 O , ·OH) due small particle size (2.6 ± 0.8 nm) high Ce 3+ ratio (66.19%). The trap programmatically enriches exudate enables through massage (0.1–1.38 N), achieving as pump. inflammatory phase shortened by blocking TNF NF‐κB signaling pathways, while activating PI3K‐AKT pathway associated cell migration angiogenesis. healing rate diabetic burn wounds (92.3%) surpasses commercial drug. This strategy suitable treatments mechanically induced environments, offering reference medicine.
