El escenario de la pandemia Covid-19, provocó un impacto social y económico en las instituciones del sistema financiero a nivel mundial, donde se vieron afectados sus niveles captación procesos administrativos, operativos monetarios. La investigación analizó Cooperativa Ahorro Crédito Pushak Runa Ltda., han presentado insuficiencias debilidades dentro socios clientes, gestión créditos, internos, los programas sociales su dirección estratégica. Por lo expuesto, el objetivo principal concentró diseño estrategias económicas financieras que permitan mitigar riesgo existan líneas actuación eficientes situaciones emergentes entidad. Para cual utilizó estudio tipo descriptivo – explicativo, basado enfoque mixto carácter cualitativo cuantitativo corte transversal, empleándose método lógico-inductivo. Así mismo, estadístico chi-cuadrado, con fin validar hipótesis alternativa relacionada al económicas-financieras para enfrentar retos Se aplicación encuestas participaron 47 colaboradores cooperativa. procesamiento información realizó software SPSS v.26.0. Los resultados obtenidos formularon 16 Balance Scorecard, como medios permitieron generar mayores rendimientos, robustecer control interno, expandirse mercado mejorar internos.
