Abstract Background Breast cancer is the most common type of in women worldwide. Though improved treatments and prolonged overall survival, breast survivors (BCSs) persistently suffer from various unmet supportive care needs (USCNs) throughout disease. This scoping review aims to synthesize current literature regarding USCNs among BCSs. Methods study followed a framework. Articles were retrieved Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, Web Science, Medline inception through June 2023, as well reference lists relevant literature. Peer-reviewed journal articles included if BCSs reported. Inclusion/exclusion criteria adopted screen articles’ titles abstracts entirely assess any potentially pertinent records by two independent researchers. Methodological quality was independently appraised following Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) critical appraisal tools. Content analytic approach meta-analysis performed for qualitative quantitative studies respectively. Results reported according PRISMA extension reviews. A total 10,574 77 finally. The risk bias low moderate. self-made questionnaire used instrument, Short-form Supportive Care Needs Survey (SCNS-SF34). 16 domains finally identified. Social support (74%), daily activity (54%), sexual/intimacy (52%), fear recurrence/ spreading (50%), information (45%) top needs. Information psychological/emotional appeared frequently. found be significantly associated with demographic factors, disease psychological factors. Conclusion are experiencing large number fearing recurrence, activity, sexual/intimacy, psychology information, proportions ranging 45% 74%. Design Cross-sectional survey design. Setting Ten general grade IIIa (>500 beds) hospitals in southwest China. Participants Overall, 392 early spousal caregivers (N=392) were recruited from centres hospitals. Primary secondary outcome measures Spouses’ survivors’ primary measures. Family perceived stress Using a convenience sampling method, we collected data on-site using paper questionnaires. Abstract Aims Fear of cancer recurrence (FCR) is a multifaceted concept influenced by individual characteristics, social support, psychological factors. This study aims to identify distinct FCR profiles among breast patients and explore the associated variables with these patterns. Design A cross‐sectional was conducted from April 2022 March 2023. Methods convenience sample 339 completed questionnaire that assessed general disease‐related data, including Progression Questionnaire‐Short Form, Social Support Rating Scale, Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire. Statistical analysis involved latent profile (LPA) multinomial logistic regression. Results Three patterns were found: low fear (28.9%), moderate (51.3%), high (18.0%). The identified family monthly income, employment status, utilization confrontation coping mode avoidance mode, as factors impacted FCR. Conclusions medical modes have been found impact newly diagnosed patients. Healthcare professionals should focus on addressing at diagnosis implement effective interventions, such promoting support encouraging adaptive coping, alleviate this concern. Impact Urgently in Chinese imperative due its profound influence their holistic health. Through advanced LPA, we categorized progression, highlighting risks.
