In this research, silver-doped zinc oxide (SdZnO) nanoparticles (NPs) were synthesized in an environmental-friendly manner. The NPs identified by UV-vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Finally, the antimicrobial activity of ZnO SdZnO was performed. It observed that doping silver, size changed. By adding silver to NPs, effect improved. Antibacterial test against gram-positive bacterium Streptococcus mutants showed with a low density had higher antibacterial than NPs; Therefore, can be used as new agent medical applications. RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS: Silver-doped prepared using eco-friendly synthesis method their bacteria causing tooth decay studied.

The complexity and high dimensions of big data sonar, as well the unavoidable presence unwanted signals such noise, clutter, reverberation in environment sonar propagation, have made classification one most interesting applicable topics for active researchers this field. This paper proposes use Grasshopper Optimization Algorithm (GOA) to train Multilayer Perceptron Artificial Neural Network (MLP-NN) also select optimal features (called GMLP-GOA). GMLP-GOA hybrid classifier first extracts experimental using MFCC. Then, are selected GOA. In last step, MLP-NN trained with GOA is used classify sonar. To evaluate performance GMLP-GOA, compared MLP-GOA, MLP-GWO, MLP-PSO, MLP-ACO, MLP-GSA classifiers terms rate, convergence local optimization avoidance power, processing time. results indicated that achieved a rate 98.12% time 3.14 s.

In this paper, we present a novel classifier based on fuzzy logic and wavelet transformation in the form of neural network. Abstract In this study, magnetic spinel copper ferrite (CuFe 2 O 4 ) nanostructures were eco-friendly synthesized using Nasturtium officinale extract. Physicochemical properties of these determined by transmission electron microscopy, field emission scanning microscopy (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), vibrating sample magnetometry, and energy dispersive mapping analysis. XRD patterns conform to the CuFe formation. SEM results demonstrated ceramic with spherical surface morphologies. The cytotoxicity effect against rat pheochromocytoma (PC12) cells was evaluated based on MTT assay. had low toxicity at a concentration 250 µg/mL. The fouling factor (Rf) is an operating index for measuring undesirable effect of solids' deposition on the heat transfer ability exchangers. Accurate prediction helps appropriate scheduling cleaning cycles. Since diverse factors affect this feature, it sometimes hard to estimate accurately using simple empirical or traditional intelligent methods. Therefore, study employs four up-to-date machine-learning algorithms (Gaussian Process Regression, Decision Trees, Bagged Support Vector Regression) and a model (Linear as function constructing variables. 5-fold cross-validation 9268 data samples determines structure considered estimators, 2358 external datasets have been utilized models' testing. relevancy analysis confirms that most accurate predictions are achieved when square root (√Rf) simulated. Gaussian Regression (GPR) shows highest level agreement with experimental in both construction testing stages. trained GPR scored R2 value 0.98770 0.99857 internal datasets, respectively. predicts overall 11626 (Davoudi Vaferi, 2018) MAPE = 13.89%, MSE 7.02 × 10−4, R2=0.98999. proposed outperforms previously suggested artificial neural network estimating
