The widespread use of the internet, coupled with increasing production digital content, has caused significant challenges in information security and manipulation. Deepfake detection become a critical research topic both academic practical domains, as it involves identifying forged elements artificially generated videos using various deep learning artificial intelligence techniques. In this dissertation, an innovative model was developed for detecting deepfake by combining Quantum Transfer Learning (QTL) Class-Attention Vision Transformer (CaiT) architectures. Detection Challenge (DFDC) dataset used training, system capable spatiotemporal inconsistencies constructed integrating QTL CaiT technologies. addition to existing preprocessing methods literature, novel function tailored requirements models dataset. advantages quantum computing offered were merged global feature extraction capabilities CaiT. results demonstrated that proposed method achieved remarkable performance videos, accuracy 90% ROC AUC score 0.94 achieved. model’s compared other evaluated on DFDC dataset, highlighting its efficiency resource utilization overall effectiveness. findings reveal QTL-CaiT-based provides strong foundation contributes significantly literature. Future should focus testing real devices applying larger datasets further enhance applicability.

The classical-quantum interface for loading classical data into quantum systems is an indispensable component of information processing, and the parameterized circuit (PQC) represents significant methodology in this area. However, a challenge designing circuits that can fully utilize limited qubit resources while accurately representing remains. To address issue, we propose enhanced natural (ENPQC), which achieves maximum parameter capacity preserves local structure original dataset. make encoding more experiment friendly, further provide two near-optimal achieve near-maximum are comparable complexity to existing PQCs. We numerically show ENPQC overwhelms other methods multiple datasets, demonstrating its potential machine learning tasks. Furthermore, experimentally validate our scheme by three-class classification task on NMR platform, over 97% accuracy. This work provides powerful tool interface, paving way big processing during noisy intermediate-scale era. Published American Physical Society 2025

Abstract Quantum cryptography (QC) provides security to information through laws of nature, particularly quantum mechanics. The necessity making QC a living reality has provided the impetus advancement in material science, which led many publications since 1996. Therefore, this work, we analyze articles Scopus database concerning contribution science development scientometric methods. A total 1395 published from 1996 2022 were retrieved database. Subsequently, these analyzed retrieve publication patterns, major collaborating nations, significant documents, recent trends, and future directions. comprehensive introduction is also included facilitate better grasp field for wide range readers. findings study show that China leading nation developing closely followed by United States India. Moreover, indicates areas where extensive work being done standpoint keyword document analysis. Hence, outcomes article can be valuable researchers, newcomers, technology managers, policymakers interested QC.
