Cannabinoids have many important properties, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and neuroprotective effects that make cannabinoids promising to reduce kidney liver toxicity. There are some conditions, oxidative stress fibrosis, well inflammation, associated with nephrotoxicity hepatotoxicity.Cannabinoids showed the ability these effects.According numerous experimental investigations preclinical models, compounds appear play a part in controlling inflammation cell death by activating certain receptors regulating cellular pathways. However, assure safety effectiveness of cannabinoids, further research is required develop dose regimens comprehend medication interactions.Measurements cannabinoid optimal dosages, frequency, duration treatment need be addressed carefully.

Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA) is a common brominated flame retardant that has wide range of toxic effects on organisms. However, the mechanism TBBPA digestive system rarely been studied. The purpose this study was to investigate toxicity gastric mucosa. In study, (mixed with corn oil) administered by gavage at doses 0 mg/kg (CG), 10 and 20 mg/kg. results showed levels ROS, MDA LPO were increased, activities antioxidant enzymes decreased. Large amounts ROS activated NF-κB pathway, leading development an inflammatory response. expression BCL family Caspase (Cas) genes inducing apoptosis. RIP3/MLKL pathway activated, cell necrosis. summary, can cause damage mucosa through oxidative stress, increased activation pathway. Treatment NAC alleviated caused TBBPA.
